If I was to sign up to Appen etc. Do I need to register as self employed as you are considered to be contracting through them? I don’t want to be law breaking 😂

I like the sound of being a virtual assist but I think this is something mostly popular in America as I can’t seem to find much about it in the UK

During lockdown ive been looking at different ways to earn side hustle money. The ones ive used and still do now are
Prolific ive earned over £70 just doing surveys

Neevo work isn't regular but they have different tasks to complete like transcription work etc ive earned over £400

Clickworker I've earned over £20

Serpclix is easy work just click links but is not going to make you rich ive earned around £10

Appen takes forever to hear from them but once on a campaign its good money

Audiobee ive signed up but not actually done anything on it

Things ive tried but quit

Lionbridge ive done a couple of jobs with them some have been quite hard I refuse to do anything harder than my day job but the best is ad rater I believe, my friend does it and earns £70 a week for 10mins a day work rating ads on her fb account. I don't have fb so couldn't sign up for that one.

Operadorchat its an adult text service I found it boring and quit but can easily be done in the evenings etc theres also cloudworkers who do the same

Theres also companies like rev, isoftstone I think they have changed their name to teemwork and crisp Ive never worked for any of them but heard about them. Forums on reddit are good for finding out about the best ways to work online from home.
What sort of money can you earn from operado chat? I took a look and it said 20p a message.

I think it starts off at 12p a message then goes up in price. I only did it for 2 weeks but they also give bonuses for good work as well. I think you can also get night time bonuses

I was a mystery shopper and home tester about 10 years ago and seriously it was more hassle than what it was worth, I done 2 and gave up, suitable missions very rarely cropped up, I was offered 2 in about 6 weeks, one was a rainforest cafe inside a rail station and the other was to buy a babys mobile from mothercare. You got to keep the items plus you got a very small reimbursement for travel. It just wasnt worth it. I was also once sent out a giant box of walkers sunbites to test.

I also did survey sites but again, suitable surveys cropped up once in a blue moon, you also had to fill out pages worth of survey just to see if you were suitable to do the main survey which earned you about 20 pence. Just too time consuming for what it was worth.

Personally I am looking into the online fetish scene. My sister sells feet pictures on Instagram every now then, she claims you only need about 2 or 3 very loyal people. I've noticed upon looking it up there is actually a market for "scally feet". However it seems to lean predominantly towards male homosexual folk... so I am wondering if there is a niche for women with chavvy feet because I will well be in! I ain't shy either so I am seriously missing a trick!

I have a few friends who earn a killing in entertainer work, they were able to fund holidays, plastic surgery, cars etc. On real hard times, I once enquired but my friend seriously put me off it. She said her honest opinion is that no one should go into it lighthearted and although I had a hard exterior my heart was too delicate and told me about some of her past clients. However not all want sexual contact and apparently these were more hard work than the wham bam thankyou mam clients... one just wanted her to sit in a house coat and slippers and chain smoke fags one after the other. 🤣

Wax melt merchant I suppose but the market is so saturated these days.

There are other ways of earning money on the side but I am sure any past criminal activity wont be appreciated here 🤣

Beauty Treatments!
If you have money to put towards some beauty courses? You can make great profit margins through beauty. You can do mobile or in-home salon around full time work. A lot of my colleagues do it.
With the current pandemic and lock down being lifted the beauty industry will be booming.
some great popular treatments: eye brows, eye lash extensions, eye lash lifts, nails, spray tans, waxing, makeup.
take a look at these companies that do beauty training:
HD Brows, Salon Services, Sienna X, London Lash Pro, Nouveau Lash, P-Louise academy.
Good luck in whatever it is you decide to do

Only fans. Selling nudes etc. Sex sells. You can sell items like underwear through only fans.

I wouldn’t advise doing surveys - last summer I had a spate of doing loads of them in the hope of earning money. IME they want you to earn a certain amount of money before cashing out but will block your account long before you get to that amount.

If you have old books, dvds, games consoles then sites like Ziffit and Music Magpie are great for quick cash - it’s not necessarily an income but if you need money for something it works. Go around as many as you can find as often certain sites will turn down certain items that others will accept. I made £80 from music magpie selling my old Wii console and an extra £30 on ziffit from selling books and video games. At the same time I have a Depop store where I sell old clothes, shoes, toys. It’s slow going but I’ve made about £100 so far.

Agree with whoever said webcam work. A family friend (honest, guv) made £1800 a week doing webcamming. She stopped because some of her, clients? got a bit clingy and thought this meant they were a couple.

Maybe something like fiver? It’s a market place where you advertise your skill, I dont know how much you get paid but I know it costs £5 and upwards per request. E.g. someone may ask you to create a logo for their business. It doesn’t have to be skills really, I’ve seen people do fortune telling, popping balloons, all sorts.

I’m in the same boat. I really want to look into voiceover work as that’s something to do at home provided there’s a quiet space in the house to record. But haven’t really had a proper research!\

Good luck!
Did you find out any more about this lovely? Im really interested xxx
