Saw this on the BBC today and surprised it has taken this long, online raffles seem like the wild west and I know some shady characters running at least one:

'I won £18k in Level Up Giveaways draw but haven't seen a penny'

The BBC hears from several people left out of pocket by a Yorkshire-based competitions company.

I enter these the odd time. The odds are better than lotto. But I do wonder about their number generators, like how easy would they be to rig?
