You and the rest of the world apparently. Views are very low on it considering big life update stuff normally does well on YouTube. Is she buying a new build or an older house? Haven’t had a chance to watch it yet!

I know for a fact she didn’t pay over €250k for that house. I don’t know where she is getting this. It isn’t a new build, they are there about 20 years and in her parents estate.New build can actually be surprisingly expensive even down the country. Some 4 beds in Mullingar can go for 400k which is not 500k but still pricey enough. Obviously you would get a bigger house than in Dublin for that price. I’m not surprised they are close to her parents, they won’t survive without them
In fairness she never said it was a new build nor was it 500kI know for a fact she didn’t pay over €250k for that house. I don’t know where she is getting this. It isn’t a new build, they are there about 20 years and in her parents estate.
I think if it was anyone else I’d say they picked 500k out of the air as a round figure to use as an example. Innocent enough. But she has form here, remember she’s been lying/ misleading her audience about living in Dublin for years. She obviously wants to project a more affluent lifestyle compared to what she has.In fairness she never said it was a new build nor was it 500k
She said they had their name on a new build which wouldn't have been built on time so they turned to look at 2nd hand houses and she said there was only one previous owner and they kept it in great condition etc etc and the 500k was an example where she was explaining what FTB needed eg 10% deposit blah blah blah
It's your pretty standard housing estate 2/3 bed. The upstairs landing certainly makes it look like her parent's house. What do you think of the house?
I love how Paddy gets an office but has to share it as a family room in evenings & weekend, yet she also gets an office/walk in wardrobe & there's no mention of her sharing it![]()
Decent enough house size wise and it should be nice once they finish the renovation. It’s definitely not in Dublin though, a different style and you never get that big of a utility room if any at all. The house needs not so much work but she still expects it to take 6 months for renovation, it seems long. My in laws fully gutted and then renovated their house and moved in 4 months. What do you think of the house?

It's nice and bright and seems very well maintained. Much nicer than Melanie Murphy's mouldy houseWhat do you think of the house?

I agree, you can tell it's been a well loved and maintained family home. The previous owners took great care of it. There isn't much to do other than make it your own.. Love the laundry room. It's nice and bright and seems very well maintained. Much nicer than Melanie Murphy's mouldy houseit's a shame it'll all be shades of grey when Aisling gets decorating. Zero personality. Also yes why do they have to make Paddy's office a family room when they literally have a living room for that?!
I agree. I think he comes across as a nice guy from the few times I've seen him in a vlog. He seems to come from a nice family, and he's obviously educated judging by his job. I'd say he's getting the pressure from all angles. You know what Irish mammies are likeI'd say before the end of this year there'll be an announcement of baby #2 on it's way, just so she can keep hold of him.
I feel like there still won't be a ring this year but maybe he'll surprise us![]()
