Is she buying a new build or an older house? Haven’t had a chance to watch it yet!
You and the rest of the world apparently. Views are very low on it considering big life update stuff normally does well on YouTube.

As I said before I’m close to one of her friends and she tells me everything! I moved years ago so this is my lifeline for the gossip. She’s in the same place as her parents. I don’t know why she’s mentioning €500k cos houses in Mullingar definitely do not cost that in that area she lives in. I’d say mammy and daddy helped with that purchase, because if they didn’t she would have kicked up a drink. Don’t worry mammy and daddy will still be on hand to mind baby Noah when Aisling decides to swan off and forget she has a baby.

New build can actually be surprisingly expensive even down the country. Some 4 beds in Mullingar can go for 400k which is not 500k but still pricey enough. Obviously you would get a bigger house than in Dublin for that price. I’m not surprised they are close to her parents, they won’t survive without them

I know for a fact she didn’t pay over €250k for that house. I don’t know where she is getting this. It isn’t a new build, they are there about 20 years and in her parents estate.

In fairness she never said it was a new build nor was it 500k
She said they had their name on a new build which wouldn't have been built on time so they turned to look at 2nd hand houses and she said there was only one previous owner and they kept it in great condition etc etc and the 500k was an example where she was explaining what FTB needed eg 10% deposit blah blah blah

It appears that there’s only one new build estate in Mullingar. New 4 beds are 400k for semi d and 520k for detached ones. I still find it hard to believe they even had their name down on one, because she just started her government job and she wouldn’t be starting on the highest of scale right away. Paddy’s line of work as far as I know does not offer high wages either. 250k is more like their range. Unless she did get an inheritance, that usually takes longer to get though if she got it from the sale of her grandparents house

She said it wasn’t a new build, I’m confused she said it wasn’t in the video

I think if it was anyone else I’d say they picked 500k out of the air as a round figure to use as an example. Innocent enough. But she has form here, remember she’s been lying/ misleading her audience about living in Dublin for years. She obviously wants to project a more affluent lifestyle compared to what she has.

So I saw on youtube (not in video, but on the message yoke that youtubers use to give updates or do polls) that all her family including Noah & her have covid.
Do you think she got it from Pennys or Dealz?

What do you think of the house?
I love how Paddy gets an office but has to share it as a family room in evenings & weekend, yet she also gets an office/walk in wardrobe & there's no mention of her sharing it :sneaky:

It's your pretty standard housing estate 2/3 bed. The upstairs landing certainly makes it look like her parent's house.

A long way off a new build that they might have wanted.

What I don't get is filming your front door and a step-by-step walk-through of your house and posting it online. That was why Molly Mae was robbed, and sure she is nowhere near her level but I couldn't imagine posting that.

It’ll be interesting to see how she handles their privacy going forward. She’s had the perfect opportunity to leave the old “makeup guru”/ low level influencer life behind and focus on new family new job new house. But she must be getting something out of it for us to all be welcomed in before she’s even made herself a cup of tea in the place!
I don’t get it, never will 🤷‍♀️

Decent enough house size wise and it should be nice once they finish the renovation. It’s definitely not in Dublin though, a different style and you never get that big of a utility room if any at all. The house needs not so much work but she still expects it to take 6 months for renovation, it seems long. My in laws fully gutted and then renovated their house and moved in 4 months.

It's nice and bright and seems very well maintained. Much nicer than Melanie Murphy's mouldy house 😂😂 it's a shame it'll all be shades of grey when Aisling gets decorating. Zero personality. Also yes why do they have to make Paddy's office a family room when they literally have a living room for that?!

Oooh she’s uploaded a house vlog? Not her best rated high end highlighters of 2009?

I agree, you can tell it's been a well loved and maintained family home. The previous owners took great care of it. There isn't much to do other than make it your own.. Love the laundry room.

I just hope it isn't covered in Disney and all them little child like nick naks she has. That grates on me as much as the Love, Laugh Live stuff. But then again I know my clean, mental asylum white home isn’t everyones cup of tea either 😅

I await the penny’s crap and dealz homewares that will be crammed into that house.
its a beautiful home, I’m more interested in seeing how they get on actually living together for the first time, alone, not forced together because of the pandemic and ash planning her lockdown him down pregnancy.

I'd say before the end of this year there'll be an announcement of baby #2 on it's way, just so she can keep hold of him.
I feel like there still won't be a ring this year but maybe he'll surprise us

I agree. I think he comes across as a nice guy from the few times I've seen him in a vlog. He seems to come from a nice family, and he's obviously educated judging by his job. I'd say he's getting the pressure from all angles. You know what Irish mammies are like 😅
