Absolutely true. I'm still traumatised from sitting in the GP's full waiting room with my mother who turned to me and said, in ringing tones, 'I'm sorry if this upsets you darling, but I'm going to have to tell the doctor your father has given me a sexually transmitted disease.'

I had to explain to Mum and the whole waiting room that (a) we were there for the results of her memory test and (b) Dad had been dead since 1994...

Yep happened with my nana who had vascular dementia. Some of the stuff she came out with, she would have been horriifed at us knowing.

My father told me one time he had something to tell me and he was quite upset - proceeded to tell me he had been with a prostitue - he was isolated in hospital with Covid I don’t know if he dreamt it and thought it was real - I quickly changed the subject and it wax never spoken of again ( he had dementia)

I've been racking my brain trying to remember where I've seen such a lurid green, and the closest I can recall is seeing someone pour out a freshly blended jug of kale and some other stuff though I think that was a lot darker, the tone here being it's not entirely unlike green Fanta, or maybe I'm being terrorised by resurgent memories of a glass of Advocaat and Curaçao that I really should have left untouched...

and that has been mentioned about the reserves for the USA back around Late May 2026 and I'm not sure about the rest of the world. I'm guessing if the gas prices get any higher, it doesn't help Trump's with the public it's already bad right now and I''m sure that it doesn't want that image to get any worse. imo.

Exxon Mobil warned Thursday that oil inventories will fall to record low levels in coming weeks, forcing prices to spike and curbing demand.

“We’re approaching unheard of inventory levels,” said Exxon Senior Vice President Neil Chapman at a conference hosted by Bernstein in New York.

“I mean really, really low levels,” Chapman warned. “You can debate whether that’s going to hit, those really low levels, in two weeks or three weeks. Once you get to that point, then you’ll see price shoot up.”

The price of physical Brent oil cargoes will spike to $150 to $160 per barrel when inventories hit all-time lows in coming weeks, the executive said. “When the price gets to a certain level, demand destruction brings it back into balance,” he said.

And they had their lights off! How sneaky was that? More to the point, I thought they were taking billions worth of oil from Venezuela and also had their own oil reserves in the USA; didn’t he say they didn’t need anything from Iran?
