Azouri is a donor baby, this is why she started her account. Brilliant mum but everything is so perfect it doesn’t seem real life, nor normal for a 2 year old. No chance you’d see her digging in mud

She used to Nanny for the Royal Family, I guess she’s always had to have some sort of a “perfect” life! I know what you mean though, all of the meticulously planned activities etc! I definitely felt better once I knew it actually used to be her job!

I think she’s literally just a childcare worker/ex nanny who just parents like that. I think it’s quite refreshing to see really. Clearly adores the little girl too.
