I was always suspicious because I’ve had lipo and my results look similar (my waist stays smaller than the rest of me no matter how much weight I gain/lose). I think it’s awful that she accepted that money from her parents and didn’t make longterm positive changes and now goes on about how awful ‘diet culture’ is as a reason not to look after herself better.
You can look after yourself and watch what you eat because you love your body not only because you hate it.
