Anyone ever taken their company to court for constructive dismissal? Hoping to hear some stories and advice...

I didn’t have to go to a tribunal as I settled before it got to that stage but I had a case for it. Happy to lend an ear and help if I can!

I’ve never had to do it but from a law point of view make sure you have as much evidence as possible. If you can it’s always better to settle before it gets to the court stage of proceedings.

I'd go see an employment law solicitor to see if you have a case. The employer will settle before it gets anywhere near a court if its a strong case.

I did, although we then settled out of court about a week before the hearing date. Almost immediately after I started proceedings my former employer offered me an amount of money which I refused, but then as the hearing date neared the amount kept increasing until I eventually accepted. I won't pretend it was easy, in fact it was emotionally exhausting, but I knew I had a solid case with a lot of evidence, so I just stood firm and kept my head held high.
