I’ve loved Cody and watched him regularly for years but has anybody else seen that he allegedly slept with Tana Mongeau when she was 17 and he was 25? I’m sooo disappointed, I seriously liked him and can’t look at him in the same way anymore.

The fact this has basically came out as true now and he even messaged her trying to get her to not talk about it…. seems the douchebag “jock” character he puts on was actually truer to himself them we all realised! Gross little man x
Yeah he was always too good at “pretending” to be a frat guy, it’s definitely his true self. Absolutely vile
His friend Colby Leachman (who attended Cody’s wedding) was accused of grape. He was accused of drugging and raping a girl in college. And he also filmed the grape and showed it to his frat “brothers”.
I totally believe it. They were in a frat house together and the culture of frats is basically grape, violence and a disturbing loyalty to one another. Colby also has rich parents, who interfered with the case - we know how rich white american men can bend, manipulate and break the law as they see fit.
He also lied to the police by denying filming anything sexual and then later admitted he did. In the video you can hear her say she doesn’t want to be filmed but he continued anyway. He then showed the video to other frat members like I said above. Another reason why I believe he did it - he clearly doesn’t care about consent or boundaries and clearly feels proud enough of his choices to be showing other men with no shame.
You can find the lawsuit online. Cody hasn’t said anything about it which to me is very telling but unsurprising. If Cody really was this woman-respecting decent guy then he would have shut that tit down immediately.
I’m not sure why people are surprised that Cody isn’t the guy he makes himself out to be. He’s the definition of “but I’m a nice guy”, “But I didn’t grape anyone! It was my best mate who I’m still friends with!”.
Cody has also made misogynistic jokes in the past - including joking about female domestic violence victims. He’s also best friends with Noel Miller (need I say more) who is another proud misogynist who hides behind “humour”.

I do wonder what Kelsey thinks about it all considering she’s just had a baby with him… although it makes me view her very differently as she must have known about it before marrying and having a child with him, and she seems to be friends with the rapist too. Major contrast to her cutesy nice girl persona she tries to put across too
I used to love her, thought she was really funny and chill. But now I’m so put off because she must know. She must have questioned it and then in turn questioned cody… surely.
Cody has done the typical man thing which is to behave like a dog and then when he meets the “right woman”, he miraculously turns into a “decent man”.
Seems like more people are finally paying attention to the situation now that bigger creators have called him out. Can’t believe the amount of people excusing it though just because it’s Tana or people saying that there’s no difference between 17 and 18… no there isn’t much of a difference really outside of legality, but I’d still find it morally wrong and quite frankly disgusting if a 25 year old slept with an 18 or 19 year old too. At 25 you’re on nowhere near the same maturity level as a literal teenager. Even at 21 I see 18 year olds as children and can recognise how much you mature just each year alone in early adulthood
