His friend Colby Leachman (who attended Cody’s wedding) was accused of rape. He was accused of drugging and raping a girl in college. And he also filmed the rape and showed it to his frat “brothers”.
I totally believe it. They were in a frat house together and the culture of frats is basically rape, violence and a disturbing loyalty to one another. Colby also has rich parents, who interfered with the case - we know how rich white american men can bend, manipulate and break the law as they see fit.
He also lied to the police by denying filming anything sexual and then later admitted he did. In the video you can hear her say she doesn’t want to be filmed but he continued anyway. He then showed the video to other frat members like I said above. Another reason why I believe he did it - he clearly doesn’t care about consent or boundaries and clearly feels proud enough of his choices to be showing other men with no shame.
You can find the lawsuit online. Cody hasn’t said anything about it which to me is very telling but unsurprising. If Cody really was this woman-respecting decent guy then he would have shut that shit down immediately.
I’m not sure why people are surprised that Cody isn’t the guy he makes himself out to be. He’s the definition of “but I’m a nice guy”, “But I didn’t rape anyone! It was my best mate who I’m still friends with!”.
Cody has also made misogynistic jokes in the past - including joking about female domestic violence victims. He’s also best friends with Noel Miller (need I say more) who is another proud misogynist who hides behind “humour”.

I get a bit bored by the podcast one they do where they sit at desks- I don’t remember what it’s called and I’m not that fussed on his wife Kelsey tbh
