Cod liver oil tablets

I have noticed lately that I’ve really sore and stiff legs 🫤
Been taking ibuprofen but don’t feel they’re really helping
A friend has suggested cod liver oil tablets, just wondering if anyone has taken these, and did they help

Be prepared to burp up the most disgusting fishy smell/taste. I can’t say if they work or not.

I know some people absolutely swear by them. I got the Seven Seas ones from Boots and the aftertaste was so bad and long lasting that I threw them away after about a week. Personally found stretching and yoga helps with stiffness more than anything else
