What gives?

When she started the show she had two kids aged five and two. Now those are 20 and 17 (she's also got an 11 year old). Her reason for leaving doesn't make sense. Your children would prefer you being around when they are actual kids. She's leaving now when her children are of the age where they would rather be out and about with mates anyway.

I think she’s doing it for the sake of her 11 year old? At least that’s the impression I got from her interview shown on the news earlier.

I could understand if it was a daily show but it’s a couple of hours once a week, can’t see how those extra few hours make a difference to her children’s lives

Her child would be at school during the week, so may be she wants her Saturday morning back to do stuff with her daughter.

On Radio 2 this morning, Claudia was interviewing Craig, his final comment was

'We are going to miss you darling'

So wonder if she is leaving SCD also?

I bet it's in reference to her show, as by the time strictly is on next, she'll have left Radio 2.
