I think it’s so funny when people (especially influencers) refer to it as “the legal bit” like that’s what it is!! The “wedding” is just a big party if it doesn’t include the ceremony, god they are so bleeping stupid it makes me want to smash my phone. They shrug off the registry office as a tick box when that’s all that’s required, they could save themselves 50k and just live their married life without the pomp and extravagance of a wedding day that means nothing.
