I'm so jealous reading this thread..... American chocolate bars just aren't the same.
I’ve only tasted Hershey mini bars when my line manager went to America and bought a bag back, it had the dark and milk chocolate variety or as you call it bittersweet and ? What’s the American for milk chocolate? I thought in any case chocolate was candy? All very confusing to me.

Butyric acid is a reason why American chocolate is unlikely to be to our (or European) tastes. It is an acid, I think, is produced in vomit. There's a fermentation process that the chocolate goes through, which produces butyric acid and therefore tastes like sick somewhat.

I really want to try that chocolate brownie dairy milk bar but my diet says no
I went to Tesco express for this yesterday and it was cleared off the shelf in the same way toilet roll was in March 2020. That tells me it’s amazing and I need it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but after eight strawberry and mint,
or orange and mint,
or even worse mango and pineapple or gin and mint.

No. No. Stop it.

Ah well he ate half of it so I won't tell him this. It would only give him a swelled head 😂

Has anyone tried the orange Toblerone? I thought it was horrible, but the orange Twirls were lovely.
WTF I'm all for bog standard chocolate being butchered with different flavours but Toblerone is a thing of perfection just as it comes.

I'm a dark chocolate fan. My favourite at the minute is Bournville buttons .

I also like the fry's chocolate creams if I fancy a bit flavour.

I love Betty Crocker's chocolate fudge topping , it's so indulgent
