Mostly so I could tell husband I "bought an orangeman down the shop" #justnorthernirishthings :sneaky:
My neighbour's cat is a gorgeous ginger guy who's taken a shine to me. My husband came in from work the other night and announced that "The orangeman is outside looking for you".

Made it sound as though Ian Paisley was hanging around the front garden. Although I'm sure it he was, I'd have heard him before I saw him.

This is my favourite atm. It's banging. Really lovely company too!
I love Tony's Chocoloney too! The pretzel one is really good as well.

Has anyone tried their lookalike bars? I never managed to find them in the supermarket. They're supposed to copy Twix, KitKat, etc. to put pressure on the companies about slave labour in the chocolate industry.

Does anybody remember these? I thought I imagined them, nobody I know seems to have a clue what I’m talking about.

I am still in a massive sulk because Cadbury chocolate hasn’t tasted like it used to for years now. The texture and flavour has changed and apart from Buttons, Flakes, Freddos and Twirls (which I think are all made at a different factory) it all tastes horrible to me. Irish Cadbury’s dairy milk bought from EBay used to taste like the original but I haven’t bought any for a couple of years so I’ll have to get some to check.

My biggest chocolate related sulk is reserved for Cadbury Roses. What on Earth have they done to Roses? In the 80s, 90s and possibly up to somewhere around 2005-2010 they were my absolute favourites but ever since the recipes changed I can’t even get most of them past my gag reflex. They all taste of lard, especially the caramel ones. I’m still gutted.

first you need a piece of dairy milk and some cheese and onion crisps! To get the taste for it, see how good it is, then try the tayto bar! Don’t wanna risk going in without doing the dairy milk/crisp combo first cos the tayto choc might ruin it for you!!
Fgs the other half bought me this 🤢 my son will be the Guinea pig 😂

Does anyone else get so excited when they go abroad to see different chocolate brands in their supermarkets? I always love all the Milka. Also last time we were in Italy, the supermarket in Sorrento had a crazy amount of Kinder chocolate, all different kinds of products I hadn't see in the Uk/Ireland. It was amazing.
I do but I'd like them to stay in their home countries not radicalise our chocolate, looking at you Cadburys with Daim bar pieces and fucking endless flavours of Oreos in the biscuit aisle :ROFLMAO:
