It’s shite, save your money. I tried it years ago before all the celebs were all over it, it tastes rank and you’re constantly starving. By the time you buy the shake, the drink mix, the tea, the bars etc it’s £££. You’ll lose weight but as soon as you eat normally then it’ll be back in and then some. If you want a life of 3 shakes a day and an empty wallet go for it. Remember most of them are on the surgery and cocaine diet. I know it’s hard (because I’ve been there) but it really is better to eat less and move more.

I feel sorry for her, she's obviously really insecure to change her appearance so drastically. I think she's undergone multiple BBL surgeries in turkey which are soo dangerous - the death rate is something like 1 in 3000?
