Omg I’d do anything to bring back a Mars delight, loved them also would bring back echo and dream bars. b&m sell dreams sometimes but they’re not the same

Had work training allll day today was so boring, went shopping and out for a Nandos tonight and it was the best Nandos I’ve had in forever. Now in bed watching love island. hope everyone’s had a nice day

I have lots of physio today. Something happened at the end of last week, I had tingling all over my body. Then I could move my legs a little bit. Yesterday in physio I was able to roll over in bed, I could lift both my legs and do all the exercises. They told me I would not regain feeling in my legs, that the damage in my spinal cord was complete. I told them nope, I will walk.

I haven't felt my legs for almost a year, the muscles are very weak, but I am proving them wrong every day. The physio cried yesterday because I could move.

It is a bit like groundhog day here. We are getting lasagne for lunch today so I am excited for that.

Hope everyone has lovely days, the sun is shining here and the sky is bright blue with not a cloud in sight. That always cheers me up.

Did you guys see about the wild elephant who killed the woman in india? Apparently she threw something at him a few days previously, he remembered and came back for her. Then at her funeral he came back, picked her up and threw her down on the ground in a rage. Then ‘ went off into the night’ it’s not funny that someone died obviously but it’s funny that an elephant had beef with a random woman
