good morning everyone i'm sat at a cafe having my coffee and waiting for a friend then i have a tour to do. afterwards we're going to my parents' place for lunch so i'm looking forward to some grilled fish have a nice day everyone!

Morning all. I’ve got terrible sun burn and just went swimming with mini which stung a bit. Carvery later then meeting up with an old friend who lives down here.

Custard creme, choc digestive and malted milk for me. Old school biccies.

I've not had one of those pink wafers in ages but they are really nice! I'd also choose chocolate-chip cookies. The third could be either bourbons, custard creams or ginger nuts.

It’s a rainy day here so I’ve done a workout this morning then I’m gonna have a home sausage mc muffin using the quorn pattie. Then I’m going to persuade Mr Betty to take a drive to a new coffee shop which serves amazing cakes.

My lazy day has been hijacked, my Mum has decided she’s visiting with my sister to see if I’m ok. Which is nice of them but because I’ve had a hectic week I’m behind on sooooo much washing and the house looks like a bombs gone off. So I’m panic tidying I’m gonna send my fella round to his Nans to use her tumble dryer. God I wish I had a tumble dryer you know!!

Really tough as i love biscuits but custard cream, choc digestive and shortbread.


I've been out for a dog walk, but it started raining so we cut it short. Now I've just got into my comfies and carrying on with uni work/wishing I was under the blanket on the sofa watching a film. I slept so badly last night I feel rotten.

Its just a wooden slat one. I'm in the tiny room so can only fit a single bed now
