I'm not supposed to have any dairy products at all! Although I can't resist chocolate so I just suffer with that I tolerate some things better than others, choc I seem to be ok ish with, I could never have cream, milk or proper ice cream though. I stick to dairy free ice cream and soya milk!

I mean this is also me lol. Sometimes I’m okay, sometimes I get real bad bloating and sometimes I get acid reflux and throw up. Did that with a magnum, haven’t had one since

yesterday morning my eldest brother drank bleach he’s been in the hospital since and has burnt all down from his lips to his stomach, he’s being kept in for a few days so they can keep an eye on his throat. He’s been in a bad place lately really depressed and miserable, and we’ve found out it’s because he’s been doing Cocaine constantly, he used to have a really bad drug problem for years but he’s been well for the last few years since he’s had my niece. It’s so horrible at the moment, my other brother blames himself because he knew about the drugs and didn’t tell anyone so he feels like shit. My sister in law is in absolute bits luckily she found him when she did otherwise who knows what could’ve happened I just feel sad for everyone it’s so horrible

Oh goodness that is awful. Hope you’re ok . I hope that he recovers quickly and gets the help that he needs xxx

Around two weeks ago, they cost me 400, I could’ve got them cheaper but I don’t trust the cheap ones as the fillers migrate and their lips look like a swollen arsehole.

And don’t be scared they dont really hurt more uncomfortable if anything.

Do any of you use a weighted blanket?

I have had one in my basket for months, and it is currently reduced by £80 for another 2 hours. Should I buy it? I am seriously tempted, it is a linen handmade one with glass beads so I figure it won't make me too hot which is what I am worried about.

Oh please let us know how you get on with it! Mr Fudge is thinking about getting one because apparently they’re good for anxiety and he has horrible nightmares from his anxiety!
