Every time I eat my heart rate rockets.. I just took my blood pressure at work and it’s slightly high too… it’s so weird!! I feel absolutely exhausted

I went shopping this morning but since I’ve got back I’ve just been lying on the sofa; don’t have the energy to get up and put anything away. Unpacking shopping is one of the worst house jobs, I swear

My bfs brother and his girlfriend just text saying their children keep asking after me and do I want to go bowling this afternoon. I replied saying that I would love to but bf is working and they replied "so? we weren't asking him " and it's really made me feel happy for some reason I'm so used to being on my own and feeling lonely it's a really nice feeling that they're inviting me somewhere even if bf isn't available. I know I sound a right saddo loner saying that and you're all probably thinking I'm a loser lol. I think my bf is gonna try get away and tag along anyway so it should be a nice afternoon, even if I am crap at bowling

so my bf goes out with his friends every Saturday, usually for football so from about 12 in the afternoon then it’s pub straight after football and that’s it for the night. This is fine cause it’s just how it’s always been, I’m used to it and I work a lot of weekends anyway. It’s like the mid season break in football so he’s home, said he would probably have tea here tonight then go out (first Saturday in I don’t know how long that we’ll actually have had tea together) and his pals texted him to say he wants to go out for tea before going to the pub and he’s jumping to leave?? And thinks I’m moaning for no reason cause we never had plans he just said he’d probs have tea then go out

Morning! We were absolutely exhausted yesterday we were asleep by 10pm, we usually go to sleep about 11.30/12 so that’s early for us
I’m still tired though I need a day to catch up on sleep!

yesterday morning my eldest brother drank bleach he’s been in the hospital since and has burnt all down from his lips to his stomach, he’s being kept in for a few days so they can keep an eye on his throat. He’s been in a bad place lately really depressed and miserable, and we’ve found out it’s because he’s been doing Cocaine constantly, he used to have a really bad drug problem for years but he’s been well for the last few years since he’s had my niece. It’s so horrible at the moment, my other brother blames himself because he knew about the drugs and didn’t tell anyone so he feels like shit. My sister in law is in absolute bits luckily she found him when she did otherwise who knows what could’ve happened I just feel sad for everyone it’s so horrible

Do any of you use a weighted blanket?

I have had one in my basket for months, and it is currently reduced by £80 for another 2 hours. Should I buy it? I am seriously tempted, it is a linen handmade one with glass beads so I figure it won't make me too hot which is what I am worried about.

I’ve been indulging in some house porn on rightmove, which is my favourite hobby. What would your dream house look like?

Mine is a big white double fronted Georgian house with a big garden, somewhere on the south coast near a beach. I would like a big kitchen/dining room with room for a sofa and tv that opens onto the garden

I love Mediterranean style villas with a stone finish and turrets and a dark coloured double fronted door and trees on the drive.

Id want a big kitchen with a centre island, and a exposed red brick wall
