Omg me 2 year old is terrorising me he’s tall enough to reach the light switch in every room so he’s running round the upstairs turning every light on and shutting every door behind him while I chase him little bugger

morning everyone! turns out i’m just a half day at work today which was a nice surprise. think i’m going to go to b&m on my way home and see what bargains I can get then binge watch the new series of derry girls with some snacks. Scottish cup final today so will be in the house myself all day which i’m not complaining about hope everyone has a nice day

Morning. I slept better last night thankfully. No storm here but lots of rain and it’s very muggy again today. Hope my car fares well at the MOT and service today I could do without a big bill before we go on hols at the end of the month.

Oh wow this story has brought back bad memories 🫢 when I first had Snapchat I was active on it and sending pics to my mr before we lived together, I accidentally uploaded a 30 second long video of me completely naked to my Snapchat story. Within minutes of it being up there people were calling and texting me like crazy to tell me what I did, I was in the shower and in that 30 minute period over 50 people viewed my Snapchat story but not one person took a screenshot or tried to screen record the video. People were asking if I was alright and alerting me to the fact it was there. I was so embarrassed I felt sick. That girl is bloody awful for sharing it. Some people

GUYS!!! I went to M&S with no make up on, none. It’s the first time I have done that since I was a teenager I felt so self conscious and felt ugly when I looked in the car mirror but I am happy with myself that I actually did it

The show was supposed to be in 2020 so it’s been a long time coming. Past me is thankful because present me couldn’t afford the ticket

I’m going alone too but Mr bored and mini bored are being my chauffeurs for the evening.

I’ve woken up starving this morning. Just toast might not cut it this morning.

I went for a walk round town at lunch and popped into New Look. Got myself some new trousers, flowy ones so I can be comfy at work whilst it's hot and I had 2 vouchers leftover from christmas so 2 pairs ended up costing me £3 I've just tried them on though and little 5ft3 me needs to grow a bit because they're far too long

What an awful day one of my closest friends has lost her mum today. Yesterday they were enjoying a day together in her garden, today her mum had to have emergency surgery on her brain and didn’t make it. I am lost for words and cannot fathom what I can say or do to help my friend or make her feel better hold your loved ones tight as you never know when it will be the last time you see them

Oh no that is awful I’m sorry your friend is going through this but I’m also sorry you are going through it in your own way too. My fellas brother died very suddenly two years ago and it such an awful time, I didn’t know what to say or do for him or his family, even just being there and not saying anything, but just for her to know you are there for her whenever she needs you is what will help her. Big hugs

Aw @WilmaHun i know the feeling Mr Melon is at work ALL the time it’s so lonely sometimes. If we lived closer you could come round and watch mini melon while i go for a nap then we could bake a cake

weather is absolute shite… proper miserable day!
last night I was drifting off into a deep sleep for once in my life and suddenly there was a loud crash of thunder and lightening.. the dog started going mental because it scared him and because I was drifting off it made me jump so much I could have sworn the world was ending at that moment I shot up & run downstairs and sat on the floor with the dog in a disoriented haze stroking him going ‘shhhhhh’ he was looking at me like bitch wtf go back to bed lol.
