He's got 2 baskets full of toys, and I bought one of them toys which you stuff a load of treats into for them to try get out. He obviously preferred the look of my dining chairs
I've got a pet camera coming from Amazon so I can keep an eye on him and talk to him through it 
I bet he'll be a bit freaked out if he can hear your voice but not see you!
@WilmaHun i used to have a dog camera. Loved it. I didn’t talk to him through it I just kept an eye on what he was doing coz my old neighbours said he barked when we went out. Luckily he got better as he got older. I put the camera on once and saw my fella in the living room eating his lunch and he saw the camera move and after that we turned it off coz the dog was ok and we accidentally ended up spying on each other when checking on the dog
