Good eveninggggggg I hope you all had a lovely Sunday
I started cleaning my room at about 3pm and I literally procrastinated so much that I only finished about an hour or two ago. I sprayed my mattress and fitted sheet with the febreeze cotton spray thingy so my room smells lovely and fresh. i had a shower and got into the bath just now, I ALWAYS shower before i have a bath so i can be nice and clean in the bath
and I leave a hair mask in whilst i sit in the bath. I wash my hair 3 times a week but I go to the gym everyday so I’m gonna start every other day I think. Maybe even everyday because it makes me feel disgusting and I have thickkkkkkk long hair so it’s even worse. I use Aussie shampoo and a hair mask instead of conditioner
@Peaches_xox I know I responded to your therapy thing before so I hope this won’t be too long. i think i mentioned having therapy from about 13 and I was finally diagnosed at 18. due to my diagnosis I’ve been given meds in the past, they are still prescribed to me but I have never taken them regularly enough. just because Im terrified of becoming reliant on them (i saw this happen to somebody in my family and it just put me off because of her experience but I consider them sometimes) Struggling with your mental is the worst thing because for you the world stops but the world continues no matter what happens and it’s horrific. I use gym and therapy as my outlets, I also have an amazing support system in my partner which i think really is crucial. my mental is still up and down so as I’m getting older I’m leaning more towards medication as I’m not sure I want to fight for my life forever. I would recommend speaking to your GP if you feel comfortable and see your options from there. Peace and happiness are a literal priority, i hope you feel better soon x
