I think she's given far too much meat. There are so many scientifically proven concerns with high consumption of red meat but that doesn't fit with the trad wife vibe. The vast majority have a great fibre deficit - does she ever feed baby any legumes?

I think it's fine honestly; I think depending on how often she feeds her baby such high energy food it could be a boost of nutrition. If she's doing it everyday, I'd personally be worried that my baby will grow up with too much extra large hanging or develop certain intolerances to food. I just believe you retain so much of the food you eat at such a tiny age that it impacts on your future health greatly.

It's good that the baby is getting nutrition from meat but putting it into porridge etc is just so extra. Let the baby develop it's own taste buds and help them to learn how to stick to moderation instead of indulging too much at once. It might also help them distinguish which foods they like/don't like.
Her meals remind me of the 'vomit loaf' they give to US prisoners. Provides all the key nutrients in one meal while being intentionally unappetising.

But Ilona believes that carbs are the devil and the only true good nutrition comes from meat
