COSRX all in one snail cream, absolutely amazing. I only use cheaper end skin care and I'm lucky in that my skin loves it but this cream is my holy grail.
I'm after something for my raggedy cuticles - any recs?
- Needs to be on the cheaper end of the spectrum so I can keep one at work, one in the car, one in my bag, one by my bed, etc
- Must have a non-spilly, non-annoying packaging/ application (I love Burts Bees cuticle stuff but getting into the tin is a mare)
I don't mind the no-name generic brushy-pens of oil, but I don't know that they are terribly effective.

Sally Hansen cuticle remover £5'ish, lasts ages & very effective for removal, then pretty much any oil will maintain condition, i use NSI oils mainly, only 2-3 drops for each hand.
Thank you, I'm a big fan of SH cuticle remover! Yeah, it's something moisturising I'm after for all the catchy bits of sad skin around my nails - that oil looks good and I could probably be trusted not to spill it by my bed, just about

Looking to replace our bath towels. I like white ones. What supermarket has the best quality ones please?
I bought 2 hand towels from b&m and they’ve washed up lovely! £5 each. I think the bath towels were 6/7 pound.
I really like George/asda Egyptian cotton towels. Nice and soft and wash well
Glade honey & chocolate candles are immense - currently £1.29 in Home Bargains!
They also stock Biovene which is very good (especially their suncare)
I really rate these Ikea towels: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/vagsjoen-bath-sheet-white-20350988/ They are thin but they soak up the water and dry really quickly.
Not a supermarket, but I was very impressed with the Primark towels, they wash really well too.
ye I think you need to have a bit of a look at them first because iv seen some of their styles that aren’t so nice or that I think are a bit thin looking or wouldn’t last (like most things in primark some gems and some duds)
BUT
I have at least 4 separately bought bathsheets over the years from primark that are still great, a couple are well over a decade old! Iv got a few small towels that are good still too. My personal bath sheets for after showering are primark ones.
By contrast iv got some John Lewis towels that I treated myself too thinking they would be my fancy towels (on sale but still not cheap) that within a couple of years of washing have been relegated to the back of the cupboard for occasional use because they just don’t look good enough anymore.
I got some hand towels from Aldi a few years ago that were very flat. When I got them they weren't soft, they were cheap at £3.99 so I wasn't expecting much, but OMG when I first washed them they fluffed up amazingly and have carried on being great towels.
I use cheap beach towels as bath towels, nice size and weight and wash/dry really well.
My Asda towels lasted much better than my “good” Costco ones.
