This is a car crash & very very hard to watch. I've an immersive amount of empathy for that poor child & the future of what he is going to see, read & hear his mother said about him. It is utterly heartbreaking.
I'm thinking the future primary/ secondary school years too of "my mammy said your mammy is XYZ" being said to him. Kids are like sponges and overhear conversations between 2 adults talking & relay them to their peers.
There is a huge amount of focus at the moment online of kiddy influencers, selling and promoting products & parents pocketing cash.
Caelan isn't a kiddy influencer, he's a child whos privacy, growth, development & OT therapy/medical investigation is being exploited for Caroline to make money on substack. It is absolutely horrific & cannot imagine anyone I know doing this. I don't believe she has any real friends or relationships as anyone with 2 brain cells or a true friend would sit down in a civilised manner & approach her and explain she should maybe put the phone down, not share it & the ethics & morals behind it. Are these conversations easy - no. But we've all had a time in our lives where we've had to speak to a friend or a friend speak to us. Why? Cause we're good friends.
I don't even think I can watch from the sidelines anymore. This is just heartbreaking.
