I agree with you. No one should be exercising like that 7 days a week. I notice she’s renting her clothes out now so maybe money troubles and she’s branching out.

I like her content and her for most part she just does little things that irritate me most recently the whole I want to be like beyonce and just post as and when but her job is a content creator and writer

I got pissed off with her fitness content so I unfollowed for a bit. I don’t know what it is about people these days but rest and recovery seem to be taboo words. Done a marathon? Let’s start the next block. Done a hyrox event? Immediately gets in the pool for a triathlon. The body cannot cope with the constant stress.

It will come back to bite them, take it from someone who had an exercise addiction and stress fractures and ducked Achilles to show for it.

I don’t think there is. I like Sarel, but there is no denying the thirst to make it big /break out from tiktok. She was far more candid in her early days. Now it’s all a lot more polished and curated to look authentic when it’s anything but.

I agree she is heavily curated and incredibly thirsty which is off-putting. She only replies to certain people on her page, people she believes will elevate her following. She is humorous no doubt about that but is beginning to lack authenticity. I’m sure she reads here too (& other places) and curates accordingly… again.

Fully expecting a fiancé reveal at some point especially if the pivot to more mainstream media work doesn’t go as planned. I also wouldn’t be surprised if said fiancé is not black.

I like her debriefs and sometimes they are funny like no other but I notice the people she mainly replies to & when she is on mainstream LI skits (w Maya etc) she is far too corny. Anyone know why (ok this is gonna sound ridiculous) Dejons brothers sister @‘ed Sarel in one of her posts about Dejon and the person who was outting her DMs; all very complicated and frankly I could not keep up but I’m guessing it was so Sarel would cover it in her debriefs… she prob won’t though!
