Long story short my hair keeps breaking. Now that's my fault for destroying it with bleach and heat over many years. But now I've hit my 40s my hair is even more thin and breaking more. My hair is naturally frizzy and looks dreadful when not straightened. I have a long face and I just feel so weird when I don't have a bit of a side fringe and straight hair. But at this rate I'll have no hair to straighten. I get highlights and low lights every 2 months. Other than that damage (please let me stay blonde
) what can I do to a) to help my hair heal - vitamins, treatments etc? And b) what products could I use to tame it down so it's not so frizzy when not straightened? It's very fine and gets greasy within 24 hours so some products may make that look worse. Thin hair also runs in the family unfortunately so genetics are not on my side either!
Thanks for any help!
