But straight up Laura has anxious attachment. She has talked about all her ex partners and how codependent she was. I think she thinks it’s acceptable now because Matty J isn’t trying to fuck her behind the knees and ‘does so much around the house’.

Matty J should’ve ended up with Georgia Love. They both have terrible senses of humour and think the sun shines out their ass cracks. I use to be a huge fan of life uncut and mainly the ask uncut eps. But over the last year Laura has really fucked me off. She has to bring everything back to her. She asks questions just so she can tell her story and remind everyone she has kids and is tired. The only person to ever experience anything. I just think the competition between them is too high and whilst brit comes with her problems, it sounds like sometimes you can tell when she gets annoyed Laura cuts her off and talks over her.

I agree. I have stopped listening to the podcast now because Laura and Britt both grate on me to no end, but I always enjoyed when Keeshia hosted.

Britt is actually quite book smart. I think what annoys me most about her is that she doesn’t act as smart as she is. She plays the ditzy bimbo x faux carefree pick me girl role. Lolcano! Give it a rest already, for the love of Botox!

I went to high school with Laura. She was a few years ahead of me and was one of my peer support leaders. What annoys me most about Laura is she acts like she’s better than her Wollongong upbringing. Like love, you live in Sydney and you won the heart of an average male on a reality tv show. It’s not like you’ve won a Nobel prize.

For at least the second time Laura has used the word "caveat" incorrectly on the Someday Syndrome episode around 6:30.
A caveat is like a stipulation or limitation or set of conditions, not a gap between two things which she seems to think it means. There is no "caveat" between the time Dancing With the Stars is filmed and the time it is released, that doesn't make sense. She probably means "chasm" which btw Laura in case you read here is pronounced with a hard C sound, not literally how it's spelled.
You can't pretend to be the smart one on the podcast and then just ignore the meanings of words

I’ve followed Britt since the honey badger season and I felt sorry for her I mean how can 1 person be so unlucky in love - we’ve all seen the men of the internet… like surely there is someone right?!

but the more it goes on the more I’m like babes maybe it’s you.

before she got so big - she sounded like a decent person. Her work stories her travel and she was just unlucky in love and sure that gave her content

I do feel she wants her relationships to work but I think she hasn’t got the right person. Her and Ben won’t last. He won’t move and she clearly has reservations about moving to be with him (valid and fine) she wants to be the next Victoria Beckham

I’m really surprised Britt chose that style of dress. She’s gorgeous and has a fantastic figure, I imagined her in a long silk dress or something that would let her beauty shine. I feel the dress she chose, is too distracting and dare I say, tacky…

I think the dynamic between Laura and Britt is weird. Laura has established herself as the alpha. Shes’s giving morally superior adviser, judges the shit out of Britt, and then gets a bit stroppy when Britt is happy, has fulfilment in her life or doesn’t listen to her advice not to do something (e.g. be in a relationship with Ben). It’s like she gets her strangely twanged serious voice on, with extra huff in her voice. It’s as if Laura likes when Britt is sad and needy, because it means she can flaunt her ‘perfect’ family as the marker of success. It was clear to me that Britt and Keeshia were going to hit it off. They were both single, co-parented Delilah and liked similar things. I think Laura is low-key jealous of their friendship, and feels she lost her alpha status because Britt is who connects them. Laura’s weird vibes are preventing them from being a balanced tripod.
