She hasn’t been to the doctor as far as I know ? said her last two pregnancies were very stressful because of the healthcare she received.

Probably because they were giving her all the cold hard facts about her lifestyle and impact on the baby

I’m not sure how a private 20 week anomaly scan can’t actually become in the private, scan only type clinics. If they see anything unusual they can’t tell you. They just have to advise you to go see someone.
If she isn’t hooked in anywhere, she ring have had an actual scan.
The swellings under her chin are increasing in size. I truly believe she isn’t well, aside of the pregnancy.

Seeing how tired she is, I think it’s pretty unfair she’s leaving the daughter leaves the kids with her. Can’t anyone look after their own children?
