You can really see it, especially in her face. I agree it's most likely just a mix of being more active and eating well. She probably fills generally better too - stronger, fitter etc so more motivation to keep up the training.

Yeah I don't get it either. In central London too! Her books don't seem like huge bestsellers and I can't imagine she gets big advances. Her husband is an "artist" and theatre usher (I think?) so not a highly paid job either.

No way! I always wondered why she disappeared off the internet. I remember her posting about lupus?…and also I thought she’d adopted but then it went wrong?

Alice is so well read. She’s the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met when it comes to books!

Haha yeah that’s fair enough, I guess just like disposable income suggests she has income coming in but I don’t understand where it’s coming from considering she literally seems to do nothing (apart from her books ofc, who knows maybe they are big money spinners …) Having read back through this thread though it seems it’s been a question from the start (looks like she did copywriting for brands and stuff but not enough to support her lifestyle?) so guess it must be the bank of mum and dad at some point!

She is exercising even on holiday which indicates to me she has been told/realised she needs to sr the very least become fitter for the sake of her health. Maybe it’s naive for me to say this but I can’t see any other reason she’d be in the gym on holiday.

Lol, I promise I'm not actually a fan and I wouldn't buy her earrings if you paid me! I was more comparing her to the likes of Callie Thorpe who literally does nothing except scrounge freebies.
