Best pool vacuum or cleaner

Hello!!! I've researched but am over thinking it all.
Looking for your thoughts on best POOL vacuum or cleaner, preferably cordless... wanting robot cleaner... mainly sand if my pool's biggest culprit.
Based in Australia if that helps... or very large pool.
