How vain must you be to go to Germany for a mini tummy tuck ! She used to be so down to earth & relatable. She just looks so fake now with her puffed up lips dreadful eyelashes & fake boobs

I can understand why it would be important to her. She's obviously worked really hard on her body over the last couple of years and this loose skin was something it's not possible to excercise or diet away.
I really wish she'd lose the lashes though. They do nothing for her and look so fake !
