Beauty Pie...don’t go there

I stupidly fell for a Black Friday offer to try Beauty Pie with their claim that products are apparently cheaper than branded products.

What wasn’t made clear at all is I was paying for a 3 month membership on top of this at £10 a month so the products effectively cost an extra £30. My fault for not delving into the small print but nowhere was it made clear this is what I was signing up to.

I’ve engaged with customer services but no help at all just sarcastic unhelpful responses.

I love beauty pie personally and found it very clear what the process was ... it’s not for everyone though

I’ve been using beauty pie for a year and am more than happy with the products and customer service. You have to pick a membership to sign up so I’m not sure how you didn’t notice?

I’m with everyone here, I’ve used Beauty Pie since they launched and don’t think how they work could be much clearer 🤷🏽‍♀️ Yes you need to order from them regularly to make it worthwhile but I just have the £5 per month membership to keep my account open and bulk order my faves when I need them.

Love beauty pie, their customer service team are not always the best but I feel like you probably didn’t read the fine print as to what you were buying and if you have signed up for it they are not really obliged to refund you.

Glad some of you have had positive experiences. I felt misled by the offer but like I said previously I hadn’t read the small print.

I think what lead to me posting what the awful response from customer services. Just very unhelpful.
