Does no one discipline their kids now, I wouldn’t be letting my kids hit me with anything and laugh about it

Just saw this and my heart breaks for the family. But my first though was that I hope she doesn’t see it and latch onto this family’s grief and make it all about her. Can just imagine her saying stuff like “this could have been my boy”

I disagree. We have books with button batteries in and they are checked often they are safe and not coming out unless you take a hammer to them which my children don’t.Just kind of shows her point is right though

Hollie has a good campaign as much as I don’t see the need she’s using it because of her poor parenting. She openly said he popped something in his mouth she didn’t know what she don’t hoover she lets him do it as he eats often off the floor. It’s grim. Simple as.
You can’t watch anyone 24/7 but you can esp while children are alseep at school etc check these items. But she is lazy.
I never said I wouldn’t check the Items.. I don’t need to worry as my child is a lot older.
However when they were little I know a trip to the toilet ended in Sudo cream everywhere.

I’m not commenting on her parenting but i read people slagging her off for raising awareness and telling her story but then sympathy for another family it happened to..
Personally I think it’s a good idea to raise awareness as it obviously happens a lot.
