I think it's important to remember that everyone deals with grief differently and seeing people judge or try to police how you're coping is unfair and honestly just the worst.

I had a baby in my 40a, I could never not have medical check ups. That’s so crazy and risky. Hope her and baby are ok and it goes well but damn why are people like this.
A girlfriend of mine went full natural hippie (think vegan, essential oils, manifesting, anti-vax etc) and part of that was eschewing traditional medicine and associated care.

She died 2 years ago because one of the many tumours they found in/on her brain a week before she died strangled her spinal cord. The only reason they even found them all was because her dad insisted she go to hospital for horrific migraines.

It both devastated and infuriated me.

All these wanna be swifties being gifted tickets by brands and now going and pretending like they’re seasoned concert goers and actual fans. Take miss Kyree loves for example. The most socially awkward person ever. Never leaves the house. Been gifted a VIP ticket by the brand Coven and Co. flies to Sydney tonight. Makes me so mad these tickets are given to these people and not the die hard fans who have tried so hard for tickets

100000%. It’s such a bizarre community.

In such bad taste too following what happened to these babies (and their family, gotta be fair) so recently 💔 They’re always quick to call for medical help whilst simultaneously refusing any antenatal care. I’ll never understand 😔 no winners here.

This is so fucking sad but also FUCK OFF you don't get to make medically dangerous decisions and then have a go fund me for fucking therapy and funeral costs. Get absolutely fucked.

Also “We believe our twins had TTS. It’s the only answer we have so far as to why they went the way they did and why they grew the way they did,” she wrote on Instagram.

You can't just come up with the nearest medical diagnosis to ease the guilt you no doubt feel from failing your babies. Did it ever enter her peanut fucking brain that perhaps there was nothing wrong with these poor darling little babies until she decided to go through a pregnancy and birth with no medical assistance? Selfish pricks.

I think it's one of those experiences that you think you'd behave one way before you go through it, but when you actually go through it you behave totally differently and unexpectedly.

I don't think she's doing anything wrong. We don't handle death well as a culture. Her content could help one less grieving parent feel less alone, inspire one person to become a grief counselor, or encourage donations to SIDS or Bears of Hope. I'm sure that isn't her intention but she's not doing anything bad.
As someone privy to someone who went through similar, they were online a lot initially to find connection, to process, to distract.
The brain goes through such a shock process it takes a long time to come to terms with the new reality.
I think the hardest part is usually 3-5 months post, once the funeral is finished and people resume their lives - all the milestones start coming through. I hope she has good support.
Completely agree - we do death and grief so appallingly in our culture. It’s hidden away and sanitised from us so much yet most, if not all (if we’re lucky to live long enough) will lose people.

How does one even think to create TikTok’s when going through that though 😵💫😵💫😵💫 would be the extreme last thing on my mind

As someone whose heard a lot of grief stories (I’m a nurse) people really deal with their own grief uniquely. In her case she wants to stay connected with others as a distraction to very intrusive thoughts. The thought of being alone, replaying the whole scenario is torture in itself. I do hope she is surrounded by love and support.

ZFB is so unbelievably smug. Without saying too much, someone did work at their house in Melbourne, and she was the worst person ever to deal with. Completely obnoxious and I hate the way she portrays herself on the socials as so fun! So witty! Such a cool mom!
Ugh, fuck off with your peachy life.

Hard agree, I read all the ABC articles recently and it was wildly.. I dont even know what the word for it was. Flabbergasting. Is that a word. Anyway I’m all for autonomy etc and I realise harm does occur far too often in the medical setting, but childbirth is dangerous and women way back in the day used to routinely die from it. Like how toothaches used to kill people too. That doesn’t happen now because of medical advancements.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ There is absolutely a middle line that honours women’s choices. Have a midwife present and if needed, go to bloody hospital. So your kid doesn’t die. Or you. But that’s against their whole anti system ethos and it’s bloody fucking dangerous 😤
I am in Noosa and there’s a girl who lived here who owned yoga studios so had a bit of a following. She had on her instagram highlights that she went to the hospital for something (wasn’t planning to use medical) and 3 doctors asked her to stay on bed rest there. She said no and said they just wanted her money etc. she soon died during during birth, the baby survived.

When you post incessantly about every tiny pregnancy detail, you don’t get to be passive aggressive when people ask you pregnancy related questions.
God she’s insufferable.

I cannot stand when people say Indy Clinton is so relatable. She lets her kids run absolute wild in public areas. Not only is super annoying one of her kids is gonna get hurt or kidnapped. She’s just as bad as any other mum influencer who exploits her kids. And before anyone chimes in with the mum shaming, I’m a parent myself and my youngest is an absolute wild child. But I don’t let him roam around restaurants causing havoc and film it for content.
