But I don't think people should be able to pick and choose when modern medicine suits them.

The epidural isn't life saving, she did it to manage her pain. I think there is a level of hypocrisy in choosing when a medical intervention suits you.

Bit like Tays ways taking her kids to hospital but refusing to get them vaxxed.

A paedophile and someone who preys on a 17 year old are both disgusting but not the same thing. Paedophile gets thrown around a lot, but many of the predators who are going after teens aren’t actually paedophiles. They are predators who like the power imbalance. I think it is important to be aware of the distinction. Paedophilia is not anywhere near as common as a predator. No way. Pedophilia is a disorder for a sexual preference to pre pubescents or children. But predators and creeps are everywhere.

New to this thread so sorry in advance, but does TaysWay ever get talked about? Her latest with her child in hospital (god forbid, wishing him all the best, no one wants a kid sick enough to be in hospital, and they have been through a lot lately), but what is this cognitive dissonance about not believing in modern medicine for anything to do with birth or vaccinations or anything but the minute there is an emergency, you’re in that hospital receiving the very best that modern medicine and those long suffering health professionals can give you?

How on earth do they justify that in their minds? Oh, they’re right about this stuff, and we will totally listen to them, but they have no idea about this stuff and they are all a part of a massive conspiracy (to kill us maybe? Was never quite sure what they thought the doctors end game was)

Tully copped some shit on here about partnering with a fertility clinic, and maybe that in itself is still a bit but I’m finding her stories about it really helpful because she’s making it less scary. Especially the needles, seeing her get quick and less-fussed about it has helped ease my nerves. So I’m starting to think that maybe the paid partnership is not so bad, if she’s able to provide this information to people.
