Seriously the best thing I did was ditch all the expensive creams and go straight for tretinoin, you can order online from abroad super cheap. Get a good moisturiser and spf and you’re all set. It’s a prescription strength retinoid. It increases cell turnover so its a great all-rounder for treating/preventing fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and texture. It’s also a great treatment for acne but results can take a while because it tends to purge the skin before clearing it up. You need a good spf and moisturiser with ceramides though because it can cause really dry skin. Doctors are unlikely to prescribe it as an anti-ageing prescription here in the UK. They may prescribe it as a last-resort acne treatment though. You can also get it through a Dermatica subscription but I used to order it under the brand name Retino-A from ReliableRxPharmacy. That was a couple of years ago now though so there might be better websites for it now. Reddit has a whole load of info on it if you want to read into it more x
