My face and neck nodes have been badly swollen for years so bad that my face and neck look awful and mishapen. Gp does nothing and won't send me off to be checked out. They never go down. I'm looking at getting my face and neck done. Does it work? I tried myself but can't see much difference.

Yes. I’ve had it a few times when my hormones were imbalanced. I felt awful for days after, like bad flu, while the toxins left my body.
Oh you did, I wouldn't mind that if it sorts out my face and neck. It's badly swollen on all the nodes/glands there. I read though it may not be best for someone with liver disease flushing the system with the toxins and I have liver disease. I contacted an expert massage therapy place near me and they had no concerns. Did you notice any differnce, were you swollen before?
Yes I found it helped. You must drink water. I drink plain warm water, especially 2 glasses after I wake up before tea. Stretching and pilates helps too. I felt I needed more than one session. Regarding the nodes in the neck, I suffer badly with this, you can massage yourself with natural oil regularly, it helps.

I tried massaging my neck and face myself after watching youtube videos but it didn't seem to work but when I massaged my feet last night which aren't swollen They went really warm from the circulation coming and I was peeing a lot all night!
Do you know why you suffer with yours? Mine's all the salivary glands at the sides of my face and under my chin then it carries on down the neck.

Is yours just caused by your hormones? Mine started when I became bulimic 14 years of it the swelling is hard to shift now. Also with my liver disease it doesn't help I assume.

Most definitely hormones for me. After my body is more supple after pilates I also pee a lot. Body movement, any movement, helps get the lymphatic system moving.
