She's been in breach of her professional ethics guidelines since day 1. She gets away with it though. She makes my skin crawl. Spouting nonsense about women becoming stronger, with the irony of her actually preying on vulnerable mums herself.

So her sofa session on Sunday is £20 per person that's the easiest £500 on one day by just being a life coach that anyone can Google the motivational quotes. Oh yeah are you struggling during lockdown too? Yeah just be positive, consider gratitude it's ok to feel overwhelmed and feel grateful... Same old bull rephrased!

It’s definitely not usual and I’m pretty sure it goes against the code of practice of her governing body the BACP. Therapists are told to be empathic to clients but to have clear profession boundaries, once you start sharing personal information the boundaries get blurred which sends mixed messages about your relationship. And there’s always the chance of stalkers/clients who develop an infatuation. I wouldn’t want to go and see my GP having seen her in her pjs in tears on insta and moaning about how hard her entitled life is 🙄

I think she puts the accent on.
She’d love to be posh, she really is far from. Seen her stories in the past of her parents home in Wales and you know it is an average house and pretty modest - don’t mean this in a looking down on way but what I’m saying it sounds like she comes from a pretty normal family. She went to uni and got married to a guy whit a good job. And then discovered Instagram!

She hang around Binky for like five minutes so she thinks she is part of the posh scene.
Same way like she puts on Welsh accent she has an ability to put the posh accent.
I used to follow her when she was mamascrapbook or whatever the name was and she is definitely upgraded her accent since then 🤣
Super fake!
I happen to know a lot of posh people through my husbands family and trust me Anna is not posh!

Here is how you juggle everything and have lots of free time to do your makeup, yoga and jump in a bath:

1) get a husband who works from home and helps during lunch and pre and post school hours
2) live in nanny
3) cleaner who also does laundry and ironing
4) work assistant and secretary

I wonder why Anna never mentions in her posts that you should get a cleaner if you want to, or ask your nanny to move in with you..

Anyone can share an AFF link, it doesn’t mean large Face sent it to her or it’s an AD. Just that she hopes to make some £££ if anyone buys from FF via her link. I’m not a fan/defending her. I’m sure she is gifted lots of things she doesn’t necessarily show.

True anyone with 10k followers and more! That’s why they all try and get to 10 so they can get their commission for AFF links
Common thing they do is say something along the lines of I had SOO MANY messages about my jumper, so here you go, swipe up and I get my commission.
