Does anyone follow Mumologist on Instagram? She has a great social media presence, but is also very boundaried and professional. She did a short video of this on one of her recent posts (8 Feb) which was oddly liked by Anna.

CharlieOBrien (she used to be a DJ) is the same. Training as a professional therapist after spending years working as a hypnotherapist, but has very clear boundaries. No longer shows her kids, and there's a disclaimer on her Instagram posts now saying its not therapy etc. I dont know how Anna gets away with this, it is all incredibly unprofessional.

She didn't need to say she was writing a book. She could have just said she was working on her online courses or something. She deliberately makes it look like she just fits in her psychotherapy practice and writing after the kids have gone to bed, and that's simply not the case. She's a working mother with proper childcare to facilitate - and it's very disingenuous to pretend otherwise for 'likes' and content. Especially when your audience is, by design, anxious mums.

Yeah I understand, I didnt personally get that impression but if youre going to profit from it, clarity is needed.

She does have a PA I think. She has just mentioned someone called 'Amber' reminding her to do work, on her live. Ah well, I can tell she's reading here.....she's smirking away as she talks about her reminder for her newsletter.

She's an odd one.

I saw that and thought how odd! For a perfectionist she sure needs to be reminded alot. All those missed alarm reminders for tasks and forgetting kids school book days and dress up days disasters. Is there not a laughing joke that Anna has forgotten every single book day that Oscar and Charlie have had? Also I think Ella helps her with DMS and Instagram admin too

I’ve unfollowed few months ago. I’d seen how she had ranted when questioned about add link for the leggings.
I used to like Ana, like most people there felt she is a genuine and ‘different’
But all I can say is she is a clever business woman and the advantage that her degree gives her is in how to manipulate followers.
She is clever in the way she does it, you almost don’t notice it.
She can’t stand a mess, but then figure out she is not relatable so must show her messy house.
She can’t cook, appears scatty, struggles, messy house, vulnerable ( I’m just like you guys ) but I believe it is quite the opposite. I think she is cashing on a trend.
Yes she replied to people but that’s because she is a clever, professional not because she is a ‘nice’ girl and likes you.
I can completely see through this.
Oh and the moment she started mixing with Instahuns, need I say more.

It’s always al about Flooreeencee! I hate when parents very clearly pour all attention to one child. Especially as it is a girl as it sounds like Anna has some issues with men. It’s terrible how obvious she makes it!

I had absolutely no awareness of her other children other than her admission that she’s a mother of three. No clue about gender, approximate age, anything. It’s as if they don’t exist other than for her to have the ‘mum of 3’ title although obviously glad they have privacy.

Yes we should all look after ourselves specially mums but Instagram just encourages a life of take take take all the time. I don't think I'm explaining very well!

Florence is crying in 2 of her stories today on 2 separate occasions but she continues to record herself. Maybe you are having meltdowns because you are not paying attention to your kids. She is constantly recording herself and no wonder the kids are feeling left out and crying.... Why would she even think of recording herself when she is in the park with the kids...

What is the point of this story?!? What good is it doing to anyone? Just sort your kids out. You can hear Florence crying and having a tantrum in the background...

I think they will go to private school too so Anna can boast more in her social life and cry about the struggle and finances on Instagram. Win win

They will need smaller classrooms in the Private system, as Anna will not be able to support/guide through the State system. She doesn't have the intelligence or the mental stability.

Has anyone else noticed that her passive aggressiveness on stories has calmed down a little bit the last few days? She is definitely reading on her and is trying so hard to be all cute and sweet but she can't help herself!

Yes we do know how what we see is not reality because you moan about everything all the time! How on earth has she managed to have a bath and tan during the day when she has got kids to look after? So poor Tarun works all day then looks after kids so Anna can have a bath then the kids go to sleep and Anna can come out of her little room she is hiding in and enjoy the evening.. brilliant!!

Those mums are the ones that fall through the net and need the help though.. but as basicbasic said, its also then exploiting them maternal mental health is a field that gets fuck all real attention, its how I slipped through the net and had to beg and beg for help

Exactly I doubt Michelle Obama or even Boris's girlfriend will look at Anna's feed and think wow I must really use her services. It's more likely going to be Sharon down the road who can't afford therapy and will think how about I buy Anna's cards instead to work on my mental health. It's a cop out for people who can't afford expensive therapy to use her cards and a £20 book than pay £200/session or whatever the rate is

And those who cant get help on the nhs Ive never felt she was relatable to me (she is afterall, a wealthy middle class white woman. Im a working class plastic paddy lol), but i definitely resonated with things she said around PND and having another child (what I went through). I couldnt get help anywhere for all my begging, so these people offer that hope.. and whilst I wouldnt pay her for it, others more desperate would. Which is abit icky really when I think about it
