Always found it weird how she repeatedly says shes middle class when she hasnt been middle class for a very long time. I dont think having an accent is really enough to determine whether someone is working class/middle class but maybe im wrong
I beg to differ. I think an accent is a huge significer of what class you are. How you speak has huge effects on your life.
No doubt about it. I'm not being snobby. I just think it's the truth. How many famous people do you see on television that get the pissed ripped out of them because of their accent.
The point is is that Ann thinks she's a cut above when she's not. Take Nannabea for example, Ann obviously looks down on her but if anything Nannabea is better, at least she owns her own home with a paid off mortgage, granted its in Keighley but still, I doubt she earns less than Ann
She’s missing some teeth I think.
The biggest thing that pisses me off about her is how she says people only need to wash their clothes at 40°. Like duck off Ann some of us need a higher temperature to get our clothes clean. 40° doesn’t get rid of oil and grease like 60° does.
