He doesn’t hold any titles or his HRH, they were stripped from him.
He probably thinks that once his legal team get him off the hook he will get them back.

Who will be paying for these mega costly legal eagles anyway..

Sorry folks it needs an act of parliament to get rid of his titles officially but will always be a Prince as he was ‘born Prince’. I was listening to Emily Maitlis discuss this very thing the other day. There’s a very grey understanding between the PM and the King and it’s never happened. It’s the same with Mandelson. He’s still Lord Mandelson until Parliament decides otherwise. He’s been told not to use these titles granted but nothing official has happened to remove them.

Nothing yet but the government are planning on introducing legislation to make an easier method of completely removing titles. Last time it happened, with Edward VIII, there was an act of parliament, what with the abdication and what not. They may tack on a method of removing people from the succession; Australia and New Zealand have said that they would be happy to get rid of AMW so only twelve more countries to agree.

George V did get rid of a fair few princely titles in 1917 with the backing of the Titles Deprivation Act. This enabled him to remove British born-princely titles from relations supporting the other side. Two at least had their Prince of the United Kingdom titles that they'd held since birth as grandsons of a UK monarch in the male line removed. They were Prince Charles Edward, Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, formerly Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, grandson of Queen Victoria; and Prince Ernest Augustus, Duke of Cumberland and Teviotdale, grandson of George III. So there is precedent for born princes to have that status removed. After all, the monarch can make someone a prince or princess (as with Prince Philip) and they can take it away too, with the backing of parliament.

There's a difference between hereditary peerages and life peerages. Mandelson is a Life peer and the constitution specifically says it can't be removed (generally they can be political appointments so they wanted a change of government to not allow their removal). That will require a change of the law, or if he's found to have committed a crime. A crime allows for its removal.

Hereditary and the stuff the royal family has are conferred by monarchs and can be removed. They have been removed for AMW

When AMW dies (either naturally or suspiciously) Willl he be buried in the royal plot, allowed the flag over his coffin and as a prince?

Obviously it'll be a small private funeral but as a member of the Royal family and currently still a prince officially he is entitled.

Jeffrey Archer committed perjury and spent time in HMP but is still a Lord.

I think it's fairly certain that AMW doesn't give a flying duck about what's going on. He's too pompous and arrogant.

Teenage girls are there to be ducked, especially if they're poor, they should have been grateful. In his tiny little brain of course.
Yep, especially the ones who are 'the same age as his daughters'. What a dirty, nasty excuse for a man he is.

Yes, as far as he's concerned he has done nothing wrong and everyone else is too blame.
It's really a miracle he isn't besties with Harold. They have so much in common, sadly. I guess there's a bad apple in every generation.

Dan Wootton says (so it must be true) that it is inevitable Fungus aka Old Teflon Knickers will be arrested if she returns to the UK and she's less likely to return to the UK than Megsie. So won't happen then. Meanwhile she's living it up/recuperating at a Wellness Clinic in the UAE or possibly Co Donegal being funded by a mysterious benefactor. She really takes the biscuit don't she (and all the cake and anything else she can get her greedy grasping paws on, chomp chomp).

Who is paying her bills/who else is she covering for I wonder.

There is always a "benefactor" available for a disgraced "celebrity" .As there will be for Andrew.

Major Ronald ran for the hills as soon as her arrogant pompous ex husbands gravy train crashed . Nice to see her ability to be loyal is only as strong as the money flow she can get .

as for AMW, him falling from his high pedestal will be too much for him to stomach, imagine him just mooching around the house , eating sweets and watching cartoons like some old large 5year old! Crying for his mummy! All comms to the King cut off, KClll won’t tolerate this huge dumpster fire that is his brother .
I’m glad his karma has come home to roost

He's still under the patronage of his brother, though and lives on a Royal estate. He hasn't been banished to a council house in Middlesbrough.

He's comfortable for the foreseeable and I bet has many friends who will remain loyal whatever happens.
