I dunno what it is, but she never looks fresh to me, nothing to do with her size, but she always looks stale and shabby. The fit always seem poor on her and I can imagine her clothes smelling musty or like wet dog 🤢

That pink cardigan is awful how does she actually think that's nice and how long is she gonna try and regain her bleeping confidence it's so boring

Pink really isn’t her colour. Jesus, Alison, I get it, being peri-meno is confusing, but dressing like a toddler is not it.

Things that would help:

- Quality not quantity with clothes. Step away from the supermarket hauls and invest in better materials.

- Ask a friend to be honest with you about what colours and styles flatter your skin and body shape.

- A hair re-style. The heavy fringe and long hair does not suit you at all.

She’s not doing well at finding anything and how long is it going to take her. I notice she has put a new season take on it so now she’s lacking confidence in a spring wardrobe.

She seems happy enough twirling around in what she’s wearing so maybe she could work on ironing some of it so she looks better. I know lots of people don’t iron these days and I only iron some things myself but certain clothing just looks better for it.

It would be great if she could normalise saying it is okay to admit that some things don't suit you. We seem to be in an era where we can and should wear whatever we want. That is fine if you have the confidence to pull it off and really don't care but when you make caring about it your whole personality you need to look at what makes you feel good, and look good.

Alison is wearing a cardigan that looks like her gran knitted it. It is too big, and the wrong shape for her. It makes her look boxy. The necklaces also look too much, and in the wrong colour. Her colouring would look better with silver and the heavy chain makes her neck look dirty and cluttered. If she dressed for her shape (not her size but her shape) she would feel better about her silhouette and the confidence would grow. Clearly not going to feel confident in stuff that makes her feel and look tit.

Oh my goodness, the pink high top converse are an absolute expensive mistake. She will regret buying those as they go with nothing and are not a good look on her. She won’t admit it though because she’s finding her cONfiDeNcE ✌🏼🤮

How about she just wears what she likes instead of scouring Instagram for ideas… why not just find a style she likes like a normal person, she’s not 19 anymore.

Alison - for the love of god get yourself an appointment with a John Lewis stylist or something to get some tips. Flinging on every bright cardi, big collared shirt or latest m&s jeans is NOT THE WAY TO GO. she's clearly just discovering she's got no style, never had had. Also get a new hair stylist and get rid of the fringe.

Why isn’t anyone allowed an opinion? Unless it’s someone blowing smoke up her a. 🙄

Surely the idea of posting the all these fashion reels is to get opinions/suggestions 🤷‍♀️

The lady who commented wasn’t bullying. It’s only the same as trying an outfit on in front of a friend and asking for their opinion, good or bad!!

OMFG I've never seen anyone so offended by a comment that isn't that same as her opinion and doesn't tell her how wonderful she looks!! Frumpy isn't offensive FFS! The cardigan is not only rank it really is frumpy and looks like it's been stretched in the wash. Quite a few people have said the same so obviously has to listen! Those hideous converse things too what does she think she looks like. You can tell she's rages inside at anyone who doesn't say she looks wonderful as the way she over reacts is insane!

She really only wants positive comments doesn’t she. Imagine how the poor people who have commented saying it doesn’t suit to have their comments picked on and featuring on her stories. She also gave a very nasty look when talking about the messages coming from ‘women of a certain age’ the other day day. That’s pretty unkind and what is she even suggesting, she will be one of those women very soon. Frumpy is hardly that bad. What wrong with dressing to suit your shape and style, not everything looks good on every shape and that’s ok. Those dungarees are awful on her, best not tell her that though as that’s against her feedback guidelines!

I prefer to be told if something doesn't look right! You're totally right why is she so against different things suiting different people? She won't accept any comment at all that doesn't say she looks amazing. She's a total self obsessed narcissist. Coming out on stories to be dramatic until she can get no one to comment anything negative and yes, the comment about the age thing was out of order! Ok for her to be sarcastic and unkind about people's ages that's ok, but don't you dare tell Alison that what she's wearing doesn't look right! You can't preach be kind when you yourself are not kind

She looks utterly ridiculous, I'm a couple of years older than her-i look younger though, and I'd say at the moment I've got a similar body shape and size, although I might even be bigger than her, thank you perimenopause and chronic health issues 👍. There's no way on earth I'd wear what she wears, it isn't flattering, those bloody dungarees make her look 6 months pregnant.
All this "dopamine dressing" is so tedious, she looks like a clown and it'll be her older daughter telling her that soon enough, kids have no filter and will happily tell you if they think you look stupid 😂
