I don’t get this new trend of “influencers” having pity parties about having to post branded content. Or having to “defend themselves.” Do people actually message them when they post branded stuff and complain? Or is it just a weird self-assertion thing to make themselves feel better when people unfollow? Zanna does this too - always banging on about how sad she is that her branded content doesn’t get as many likes. MAYBE FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO WORRY ABOUT!
I think they post it to make themselves feel better. Although sometimes people comment saying an influencer obviously doesn't really use that product, etc.

This post sums up exactly how I feel and the issue I have with all these anti diet culture influencers. When she was “Clean Eating Alice” she was apparently deeply unhappy and obsessive, yet at the time she was also convincing us to follow these dangerous habits and saying they were healthy.
But hey as long as she has seen the light that’s all the matters right? No thought or consideration to all the people taken in at the time with the unrealistic body image!! And exactly as the poster above said- now she is reaping the rewards from that unhealthy lifestyle.
I take this point. Lose it like Lauren is a prime example. I don't want to sound cruel or nasty but Lauren looks unhealthy compared to the other lifestyle gurus that have gained weight.

There’s so many! That’s why it makes me laugh with these people not seeing the error of their ways. Plenty of influencers don’t have threads here so why do they think that is?
The problem is the content. If you can't keep engaging with your followers you lost them. To be honest about 3/4 years ago I found Alice more motivating and engaging. I am very glad she's happy with her body and more comfortable within herself. But maybe deep down she is missing training in the gym too. Xameliax not a fitness influencers but I had to say it over the years she became more and more uncool and engaging and she's a similar age to me. Like Liv Purvis engages me even with her baby content. Liv has grown up with me whilst XAmeliax just seems like she's need find herself because I find her content awful.

I do wonder what happened with her and the LDNM boys. I think she got asked it quite a bit when she put up question boxes. To be fair, I think that was more on their side than hers. I see the LDNM boys driving around in their flash cars quite regularly where I live.
I also remember her saying once that she doesn’t talk to her sister.
Who are the LDNM boys?

I am by no means an expert but I wonder if she's had some more work done. That picture looks like she can't lift her cheeks in a natural and authentic way, her mouth is almost turned down but she's trying to smile... anyone else see it?
Yup definitely

I really like Alice and think she is amazing, anytime I have asked a question on clothing etc she has messaged straight back. Lovely girl.
Yes she's really good at responding and not with a generic answer or "swipe up" like many influencers.

In fairness she did donate to the charity she is ambassador for and she did do an announcement on her stories I believe stating how much everyone raised - can't recall what it was though.

Soho Farmhouse must be heaving with these influencers though
Surely it would be easy to just put a direct link to donate to the charity then if that was what she was planning with the money. Unless she didn't donate all of what she was sent of course.

She’s had 3 collections (I think) with primark that were really popular. I’d be surprised if she hasn’t made a million yet
