She said on a video that she tries to make around £1650 (I think that how much she said, or close to that) to cover her living expenses such as rent, shopping, bills, childcare etc. And then she makes money of Ads and that.
So she has got to be claiming UC because £1650 would just about cover rent, bills, and her £100+ food shops a week. It definitely wouldn’t stretch to paying for childcare too. I know she makes extra money of ADs and stuff but I don’t think she declares them, or like someone above said, she just pays herself a wage. And she will probably get 80% paid towards childcare too.
Shes such an irritating
bleep. I really can’t see her lasting much longer than the next 6 months. Shes not relatable at all, she doesn’t do anything on a budget, but she’s got
tit taste so she won’t appeal to people with money.
There is only so many times she can paint her house. We will have her Halloween decorating video, her Christmas tree reveal, Remington hair straighteners visit to Santa and days out. And then what? She’ll have nothing at that point, just videos of Remington hair straighteners playing out, shivering, in below 0°C on her newly laid artificial grass so she can prove that it did come in good use and they can play out in all weathers.
She’d have been a lot more likeable and relatable if she had shown us the reality of having to move straight into her house and trying to juggle decorating it, while working and looking after children.
When I moved into my house I didn’t even have a couch for the first few weeks, me and my children sat on deck chairs that a friend borrowed me to watch tv

and then someone gave me their sofa they was getting rid off. All my kitchen appliances was second hand, and I had to hand wash things for months and once a week get a taxi with all the big stuff like bedding, jeans and towels to my friends house who lived closest to wash them all.
We all slept in a double bed together for the first few weeks (that was given to me by my aunty because she got a new one) and then I was given some bunk beds and a family member bought two new mattresses for £40 each. I managed to get a grant from the social that I had to fight for and I think that was around £860. With that I bought laminate for the living room, done the kids flooring and painted their room (had to paint over woodchip because I couldn’t afford a steamer to remove it and I couldn’t afford a decorator lol) and bought a washing machine. I remember sitting on a little stool in the kitchen surrounded by bags of washing and a big huge box of persil I’d treated myself to, and just watching the washing machine so it’s very first wash in amazement

That is the real struggle of moving into a council house a single parent and being skint!
And I know some people struggle a lot more than I did.
