I honestly don't know who she thinks her target audience is, but I can see her losing followers before long (I unfollowed, I liked her to start with and was wishing her well but she's got really unlikeable and unrelatable).

I also wasn't a fan of her amazon wishlist she had (it's disappeared now) but it had loads of things on and was constantly being updated. Even for basics like toilet paper and nappies. Easy to waste money on tat in TK Maxx when you have everyone buying those things for you. There was even garden furniture on there at one point. It just sits uncomfortably with me when she's then claiming she has a full time wage and can spend £160 on a wreks shopping.
So wait your telling me people can put up an amazon wishlist and people will buy you things that are on it and how does it work for posting. I may be extremely late to the party here but like my mouth is wide open here and I'm lost for words which never is the case lol

She’s clearly doing well with the ads, which should go against everything she wanted to be. She’s rude, obnoxious and a nightmare neighbour. I feel sorry for those living near her.

If she’s that well off that she can do all this work, she should be renting privately instead. Give the house to someone in need.

Oh but she'll be buying, like she keeps saying. I personally don't agree with the right to buy, particularly when people who really don't need to be in social housing, have managed to cheat the system and get a house and top of that, will be able to get a house cheap and no doubt sell in a few more years to get a profit. And who loses out? The taxpayer and the next person who ACTUALLY needs social housing.

If she’s gonna be earning big from social media she doesn’t need the council place. Can’t see her giving it up tho.

I don’t either.

I have mentioned on other threads that someone I know earns £80k plus a year and lives in a 3 bed council house. Just him and his wife. He doesn’t need social housing on that salary.

Why aren’t they means testing every few years?

I guess the problem is evicting tenants is notoriously hard in the UK. And that people will be disincentivised to better themselves if they know they will lose their cheap house as a result.

They definitely need to take away right to buy. Would also help reduce the number of scummy landlords as would eventually increase council housing stock. Agree that some people would just sit on their a and not try to better themselves if they thought they’d have to go out and find their own accommodation if they were means tested, but I’d like to hope that maybe people would have a conscience and if they had needed a council house but suddenly had a change of fortune and could afford to rent privately or even buy they’d do that and let someone genuinely in need have somewhere to call home, but sadly people don’t seem to think like that anymore. Same with people that refuse to downsize and are living alone in a 3/4 bed house after their family have gone. Our dear Alex will grab anything and everything she can, no way she’ll think of some other struggling young single mum and go out and rent her own house.

Scotland and Wales have abolished it, England were going to but Boris was that desperate to gain Labour votes at the last election he extended the scheme and now Labour are in power it’s unlikely it’ll end, although would love to see that happen a couple of months before she’d be eligible to buy…can you imagine the posts/stories then 😂

I don’t see how she will be able to get a mortgage any time soon either given she’s got an IVA.

Its irrationally annoyed me where she shows where her and her son were staying while being homeless, and the curtains are hanging off the pole to make it look more derelict 😂😂😂 I bet after taking the photo she hopped up a ladder and immediately put them back in place.

EDIT - And hoovered the carpet, and made the bed and neatly stacked/tidy the clutter on the right.

Sorry just jumping on here been hoping to find a thread for her ! The whole sleeping on a mattress thing aswel I don’t even believe that, I think she’s probably had a bed dismantled it to move it to the council house and then taken the pic for the fake insta story of being “homeless”. Like I’m sorry but it makes no sense when she’s clearly had thousands in the bank to pay for carpets/holidays and everything else, but she couldn’t have afforded to get a cheap bed from ikea or something??? Like cmon it’s soooooo fake. The amount she spends on tat is unreal, part of me is wondering if she’s racking up more debt if this is what she did in the past.

we did exactly this. I was a single parent in a housing association house, i got it because I was (genuinely) homeless. I retrained, got a decent job, and met my now husband who’s a high wage earner. We now private rent because financially we didn’t need the help anymore and knew someone else would. I’ve never known anyone else do it personally, but my husband’s a higher rate tax payer and I couldn’t have put up with feeling guilty knowing someone else was where I’d started and needed the help. My HA property gave me the opportunity to better myself and work my way up, it was absolutely invaluable when it was needed. If they’re sold off it takes that away from someone else in need.

Can imagine she’ll turn to OF if the influencing dries up
I reckon this is coming regardless, a video from two months ago came up on my feed where she was getting dressed with her kid, absolutely no need for her to be in her underwear. You can tell she thinks she’s something special when in reality she’s quite a plain Jane. Can’t stand her.

I own my home and it does piss me off how I have to pay for everything and she basically gets it for free but if I was in her position I’d never private rent. She would be stupid to give up a council house and private rent like everyone is suggesting. Privately renting is not stability for her child. She could be kicked out at any given time. I also think if someone was in her position they wouldn’t give ir up to pay over 1k a month for a rental 😂

How can she have all that cash or debt, while having an IVA? I don’t understand how that works but surely you can’t get extra credit when you’ve an IVA? And how can you get an IVA with a load of cash?!

It really annoys me how she has so obviously played the system to her advantage. To me, someone homeless is sofa surfing, moving from house to house. Not living in a decently sized spare room at her parents, and then using ANOTHER room in the same house to keep all the tat they've bought.
