I actually don’t understand how she’s paying for everything, I get uc top up but my partner works full time and me part time and don’t get me wrong I’m not always completely skint! If you budget well you can afford to decorate a room sometimes and get some new things but there’s no way I’d be able to buy all the paint she has, new flooring for the entire house, all the furniture brand new and everything else within such a small time scale! Just the ikea furniture and bed for Remi would have been a few hundred! Plus driving lessons and new fencing, fences are a bleeping fortune on there own

I’ve been waiting for this thread. I did initially like her ngl, but it’s been really hard to watch her, I moved into a council house recently after leaving a bad relationship, I left with pretty much nothing and have really struggled to get everything I need for the house & my kids, the only way I’ve been able to do it is to get myself in debt, I’ve had to borrow money from family to be able to get flooring. The area I’m in isn’t great, neighbours aren’t thoughtful of others, I have kids climbing into my garden, music blasting day and night yet I still sit here feeling so so grateful that I’m out of the bad situation that I was in. I was classed as homeless with my council, but I wasn’t homeless. I had to get an advance from UC to be able to get paint for my house, meanwhile watching her get paint gifted. I had no access to money before I moved so I didn’t get the chance to buy a load of expensive furniture before I moved either. I didn’t even have a sofa for a few weeks after moving and just had to sit on the floor. It would take me literally years to be able to save for a holiday, she just doesn’t seem to realise how easy she’s had it with these ads and gifts. In the real world, it doesn’t work like that and most of us are struggling

Most people call it ‘moving back home’ or ‘moving in with the parents’, but what it gave her was 10 months of no private rent, limited outgoings/ bills and a lot of free childcare.
Some of her stories at the time showed how she had piles of new furniture and home furnishings delivered to her dad’s house whilst she was living there. She kept boxes of new stuff and her brand new bed frame in his living room whilst she and Remi slept on a mattress in the spare room. She said that she never assembled the bed frame at her Dad’s house because she didn’t want to have to disassemble it and reassemble it when she got her own place. I’m guessing that a mattress on a floor surrounded by piled up boxes fit her Instagram MO of homeless single mum far better than a neatly assembled bed would have.
She got all the paint for free - even though she didn't declare it as an ad. I wondered when she was first decorating why she was using Lick paint as it's not cheap, and then she confirmed it was 'gifted'. Same as the Frenchic paint used outside, she said at first it was all gifted but then after said she bought it herself 
Her mattresses were all freebies as well, plus the rug, loads and loads of other stuff has been given to her by companies.
