Maybe she's posting with a long delay. Like she asked them when she moved in about the back door but has left posting it until she can do back to back updates about it.
I still think something is off about it all but maybe the posting delay makes a bit more sense of it???

If I had the time I’d look up her council planning permission, they’re public. She is shitting money at this rate.

She is vile beyond words. Entitled self absorbed cretin who has a far higher opinion of herself than she deserves. I’m in a council property with 2 children…my back door barely locks and is on a slant because it’s so old yet the council have twice turned me down and said to ask again when April budgets re open. (FYI I work full time in education and cannot afford to replace the door myself!)

Yet he’s managed to eat defrosted waffles, so he was clearly messing in the kitchen alone. She wont wake up with him before 7.30, so he’s doing his own thing in the bedroom most mornings. And on her story he is swinging off the blinds while she’s recording insta content in the next room.
No wonder she wants a back door, so she can just throw him outside and not have to watch him!

That comment about the neighbour with additional needs tells u everything u need to know about her . Disgraceful. The only person her child needs protecting from is her . She is insufferable
I honestly think she has played on that to get approval for a back door built in.

She comes across as the type to hound them day in day out until she gets what she wants. My mum always told me those who shout the loudest, get. I'm a mouse compared to this one lol
Now that she will have a back door and no need for the shared area, I wonder if she will allow the family next door to have that shared space to themselves because it’s soooooo unsafe for baby Remington to play out there. Or will she be wanting to remove the gates once she’s passed her test to park her car there?
I’m assuming the reason the council have given her permission so quickly for all this work is because she’s funding it herself? I’d imagine if she was asking them to fund things they’d say no you have to wait.
lol I was being generous ahaha. I think what gets me about her is not the fact she's got the house, but the way she engages with commentors on her comment section and how she seems so entitled. I suspect she planned on being an 'influencer' long before she got the house and she is now running with it. Pretending to be relatable but actually being quite snippy and entitled. She's allowed to improve the house to make it liveable, so that's not necessarily the problem I have either, but she seems to be quite demanding and I imagine she's a nightmare neighbour. No you're absolutely bang on,I thought she was relatable the first few times I seen her then I realized she's in fact a wick and unfollowed,she's really really unlikeable
