I’ve wondered the same about it not being a council house. Although last time this was mentioned someone said they’d seen it on the council website (? Don’t know how it works!) but the fact she said it was empty for so long is bizarre, surely not in current times and current demand?
I cannot believe she has 350k followers… like honestly, how?!
Also those shorts are gross and look like someone’s dad’s boxers.
She was on 340 the other day I smell bought followers all over her account

Why does she think her precious mugs are going to get broken? I'm sure the gardener is civilised enough to drink a cup of begrudgingly made tea without smashing the cup to smithereens.

A quick scroll on her tik tok, implied she is using universal credit to pay for her rent as she ensures her earnings are under the threshold. Her rent is £600 p/m.
There’s more to this, but she’s another conman a bit like Hinch who sold her soul but is no happier.

Can we debunk the “it’s not a council house” now please. This is 100% the council website, it’s the same one I bid my house on

She’s also got letters/emails from them on her page. I highly doubt she’d go through that much trouble
I'm not fixed on the idea that it's not a council house, I wouldn't put a bet on it but I also don't believe a word she says so it's reasonable to suspect her about everything

I feel like this is just her being a superior twit again. If someone with as little in their head as her can get by in life without breaking a mug, I’m sure a lowly gardener can 🙄

Presumably her gardeners watch her instagram if they're gifting her things or have agreed to appear. Seems weird to say she doest know how to treat them as human beings.

It’s another look down thinking people are beneath her and they must be absolute filth and not housetrained. She reminds me of Hicynth bouquet, just get some Plastic beakers for them to drink out of lol

The irony on two fronts, no ikea mugs for builders but spending £4.5k on her garden at the end of summer. Also the fact that the said “special” mugs she did have would likely be disney or taylor bloody swift 😂😂😂

And she’s worried about them using her bathroom upstairs - how handy a downstairs toilet would be!!!

Just seen that, “shall i buy shoe covers” goes on about being near no shops and shows herself holding shoe covers 🤣 all these guys are going to want is her and the kid to stay out their way! She really needs to grow up, how can you be worried at 23 about having to make a drink for someone you literally booked and are expecting at your house, all for views. She posts late so my bet is they started last week

If she didn't have an Instagram page trust assured she wouldn't give them the time of day, because of her Instagram page she is making a circus over a topic which would come second nature to any decent person! These dopey sheep giving her engagement encouraging her to buy biscuits and mugs. She would give a paracetamol a headache.

I really don't think she has to worry about them accepting her offer of drinks. If the work has been gifted, they'll have seen her filthy kitchen with unwashed pots and rotting food left out, they'd be very brave to take the chance

I think it’s definitely a council house. The council are known to leave houses empty for a long time. And a lot of people could have rejected it. My old neighbour lived in a council cottage flat across the road from me, it was lovely when she left it, and it lay empty for 7 months! I never seen a workman in or out the whole time it was empty so I know that no work needed doing on it. And it didn’t need fumigated or cleaned because she left it sparkling. Then one day I seen a family moving in and I got speaking to the mum and she said it was just temporary for a few months while they treated her home for damp. The family ended up living there for a year because it took the council over 6 months to get around to starting the work on her house. And then the flat lay empty for a few more months (honestly can’t remember how long now) before it was given to someone permanently.
So Alexs home could have also needed work doing on it that took the council a long time to getting round to doing.

Why do people try to engage with her?! So a big song and dance about cups and the toilet but she won't be there most of the time, so what's the bleeping point?! I really hope those sheeple wake up to her
