Dunno where to start. Doing a lot more questioning recently about whether I have ADHD. Albeit pretty high functioning, two degrees, work in healthcare but I feel like a mess. Realised I've alway struggled to start and see tasks through. Can't just do one thing at once. Always fidgiting (well skin picking etc).

I was wondering if anyone on here had pursued a diagnosis and if it actually made a difference (if there is already a thread on this, happy to be pointed in that direction)
